Booking & cancellation policy

Weekend small groups. Sessions are $60 per player per session and are paid online when you reserve. Each session is limited to 10 players. Sessions take place at Ryan Family Field at Delbarton School, Morristown, NJ, unless we notify you of a change.

Cancellations and rescheduling. You can cancel any session up to 2 hours before it starts. When you cancel, you can reschedule that session for any future date and time that works for you, at no extra cost. To cancel or reschedule, email futxlab@gmail.com.

Private training. Plans and pricing are agreed on your free consultation. The same 2-hour cancellation and reschedule policy applies.

FutLab Virtual. Plans are a single week ($80, one-time), a 2-week plan ($140, renews every 2 weeks) or a 4-week plan ($240, renews every 4 weeks). Recurring plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your plan management page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep the weeks you paid for. Weekly meetings can be rescheduled with at least 2 hours' notice.

Game Analysis. $100, paid online when you book, for one 30-minute breakdown meeting on the game film you share. If we cannot open or download your film, we will ask you for another link before the meeting.

What we collect. When you book, apply, buy a service or contact us, we collect what you type into our forms: the parent or guardian's name, email and phone number, and the player's name, age, position, level, club, goals and any notes or game film links you share. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our pages.

How we use it. Only to run FutLab: to confirm and manage your sessions, plan and coach the player, review shared film, schedule meetings, send receipts and reply to you. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing to anyone who has not booked or contacted us.

Who we share it with. Only the services that run our bookings and communication, each for that purpose alone: Stripe (payments and plan management), Calendly (scheduling calls), Google (email, Drive for shared film, and Analytics) and Netlify (hosting this website). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How we protect it. All pages and forms are served over encrypted HTTPS connections, payment details go directly to Stripe, and access to booking and client records is limited to FutLab with password-protected accounts.

Players under 18. Information about players is provided by their parent or guardian and is used only to coach that player.

Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing futxlab@gmail.com.
